Excellent Lesson Delivery
As part of our recruitment and screening process, Willow Wood Supply Ltd conduct a mock lesson interview to analyse our candidates' suitability for the roles that are being applied for.
As an education agency we supply fully vetted teachers and teaching assistants to schools to cover day to day, long term and unfilled permanent posts. Our recruitment process includes an online application, an initial over-the-phone interview and an in-person interview at our office in Bury. We ensure that the best suited candidates are presented to our schools. Please note that applicants require an enhanced DBS check or have to be willing to attain one through ourselves.

If your school is not in the North-West or Greater London
We understand the struggle that some schools may face in regards to accessing temporary staff. As a result, we offer a relocation option for our client schools.
We help and send our staff to areas where there are at least 4 schools within a 15 mile radius that can tell us that they have a need for supply teachers. In order to access this option we strongly advise that headteachers perhaps discuss with neighbouring schools to gain an idea of the demand in the area.
As this is less common, we advise that you call the office and ask to speak to Karim Benze to gain more of an insight and sign on your school with our services.
